We Accept Returns & Exchanges!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Inkkas item(s) for an exchange or full refund within 28 days of your purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please send your item(s) back to the address on the return label. You must include a return label along with your returned item(s) in the return shipment. Please note that failure to include a return label with your returned item(s) will result in a delay in processing your refund.
Your refund will be processed once the returned item(s) is/are received by our warehouse. Please allow 10 business days from the day your return is shipped for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the method of payment used to make your original purchase. Please note that it may take 1 or 2 full billing cycles from the time the refund is processed to the time the refunded amount appears on your credit card statement.
If you would like to exchange your Inkkas for another pair or size: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and style and size of the shoes you would like to exchange your Inkkas for.
All exchange or return costs outside Ireland will be at the cost of the purchaser.
